Delete your account

HyTribe app, by RP Hybrid Performance.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email reece@rphybridperformance.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, password)
• Your questionnaire answers, training plan and weekly check-ins
• Your logged sessions, personal bests and feedback
• Coach chat messages and any waitlist request
• Push notification tokens

Short-lived database backups are removed on their normal cycle, within 7 days. Records of payments made to us directly are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store settings.
